When you fly, remember how the flight attendant reminds you of how to handle the situation if a calamity occurs and the oxygen masks drop down? If we are traveling with a child, elderly or disabled person, we are instructed to not put the mask on them first. We're told to put it on ourselves first, then assist the other person with theirs. In trouble? It’s essential to take care of ourselves first to be able to continue on and then actually help others.
