The Republican Party of Arkansas has issued its call for the May 18 “Summer” State Committee Meeting 107 days in advance, historically the earliest notification ever! If you’re a Republican Party member, this affects YOU directly.
Why? When the State Party issues the call (official meeting notice), all submissions for that meeting’s agenda must stop, so proposed Rules or platform changes (for example) are no longer allowed. Why would the State Party cut off preparations so soon — with no warning this very early notice would be issued?
Even more interestingly, there are a couple of proposals on the Summer Meeting agenda that, if (when) passed, will result in taking more power away from newer, grassroots, patriot Party members. (Watch for more on this from us later. Meanwhile, read the details here at Conduit News or watch District 2 Chair Jennifer Lancaster with Ginny Dowden here.)
Sorta embarrassing is Governor Sanders’ recent appointment (and defense) of Jamol Jones to the Post-Prison Transfer Board and Corrections Board, who was fired 5 years ago from the Benton Police Department after having a sexual relationship with a minor. At its Wednesday meeting this week, the Corrections Board suspended its rules to name former State Senator Eddie Joe Williams as interim Corrections Secretary and add 124 beds at existing re-entry center. Governor Sanders immediately challenged the Board’s action to hire Williams.
Nic Horton’s Opportunity Arkansas think tank has waded in with a series of articles supporting the Governor’s power grab over the State Corrections Board that she hopes will result in 500 more prison beds. This, despite Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Tim Fox dismissing AG Griffin's latest try at a lawsuit against the Board of Corrections.Governor Sanders has joined other Republican Governors to support Governor Abbott as he fulfills his constitutional duty to protect Texas from the illegal alien invasion being promoted by President Biden’s regime. “Sanders last month was among 25 governors who sent a letter of support to Abbott for his actions at the border, which have included stretching razor wire along the Rio Grande River” and will join other Republican governors and elected officials “at 2:30 p.m. Central Time at Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas after the 15 governors receive a briefing on the Operation Lone Star mission to secure the border...

A relatively unknown Dept. of Treasury program is being “leveraged by foreign criminal organizations to acquire properties throughout rural America and transform them into drug manufacturing and trafficking hubs.”
After COVID “funding enhancements,” the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) program is facilitating the purchase of American land and homes by foreign criminal organizations to then turn into “elaborate international drug operations.” The Main Wire first broke the story of massive numbers of rural properties being purchased and turned into marijuana “grow” facilities in that state.
DHS believes the proceeds of the marijuana trafficking are used to finance other illicit activities, including human trafficking, narcotics trafficking, and other activities in the People’s Republic of China. - Maine Wire
The Biden regime continues to skirt the law by issuing governmental rules and regulations. Whistleblowers are alerting that the ATF is formulating an unconstitutional regulation that will require any seller to conduct a background checks for *all* gun sales, supporting the regime’s position that “people who ‘repetitively’ sell guns must register as federally licensed gun dealers subject to background checks.
Previously, the registration only applied to sellers who had “the principal objective of livelihood and profit.” ,,, It’s unclear what carveouts — such as for family gun transfers — may be included in the alleged pending ATF regulation, which would have to undergo a public notice and comment period. - New York Post

Don’t fall for it! With AI, scammers are making phone calls that are designed to grab your emotions. Picture this: you get a call from an unknown number and then hear your child/grandchild’s panicked voice saying there’s been a horrendous car accident — they need your financial help right away. Learn more about these scams and things you can do to avoid being taken in by these AI-driven schemes that hijack the voices of family and friends to lure you in.
While we’re talking scams, if you spend time on social media you may have seen or receive a message like this: “I can’t believe it! I’ll miss him so much!” But there’s no details, just a link to click on. Don’t do it — it’s another well-known scheme to get you to click on a bad link that will “gather information about your browser, your location, and other sites you’ve visited” … so they can redirect you to a scam website “that is likely to generate the most profit from people fitting your profile.…” (You know it’s not really safe to click on just any old link that appears on social media or in your messages, right?)
